Watching the sun ease itself into the embracing horizon is a big deal where I live, and you can see why in these photos. The season and atmosphere make every one of them have a unique personality that evolves until it's dark. |

I also scour the local area for shots that catch my eye. The area I live in is a kaleidoscope of state parks, wooded areas, and backwater haunts that are a natural for being captured. |

When I see something...
I sometimes get lucky and find a shot that warrants some artistic embellishment. It can be something in the photo's symmetry or contrasts that show themselves in the post-production process that makes me get a little artistic with the end result. |
